i always love to find magical skill items for the earring and necklace slot.
As far as i know looting is the only way to find those items at the moment.
Imbuing is only possible for ring and bracelets.
Tinkering can't add magical properties or skill bonus to jewelry (just crafting ordinary jewelry).

I would like to make a suggestion to improve the tinker craft and upgrade tinker runic tools. Similar to overall crafting i would recommend tinker to create "magical property and bonus skill jewelry". Of course the properties, skills etc. must be discussed but i think this would really improve the "Tinker experience".
With respect to tinkering i would recommend to add this properties for all jewelry: Ring, Bracelet, Earrings and Necklace.
Imbuing could also be expanded to Necklace and Earrings but i would recommend to keep it like it is. Imbuing is likely the best choise for good bracelets/rings at the moment. For the Necklace and Earring slots it would be the tinker craft (my suggestion
).
