She will tell you about the Elder Fairy Dragon who recently stole a shipment of jewelry keys that were headed to her shop.
Seek out the Fairy Dragon and slay the beast and plunder its corpse in search of the keys.
Hints: You will probably need a boat to find this sandy beach paradise. You might also bring some extra gold if you've the guts to roll the dice.
