Fixed Bug Max Stat Scrolls stuck in Power Scroll Book

Yeah oops my bad, but now i have made an "Upgraded Powerscroll Book" and will be in next update. It functions fine and will be on the coders stone. I can't adjust the current book in game without deleting all the scrolls in the books. If you have stat scrolls stuck after the next update page staff please to replace them for free. Thanks!
