Fixed Bug Lumberjacking hatchet bugged

Can't lumber with a hatchet, whether they r bought from a weaponsmith, looted or crafted as tool. Getting the msg "u can't mine here".

Yeah. I tried yesterday morning and it said can't dig while on mount. So I tried unmounted. Kept telling me I couldn't dig or mine...
wasn't trying to mine! *giggles*

I went to smash some furniture back into a deed and when I double click the double axe first it says you cannot mine while mounted or while flying, so i dismounted and tried it again, it let me target the furniture this time but when i clicked it it says you cannot mine here
