Hello. Since publish 103 or something the dungeons got revamped the level 3 entrance in despise got blocked. Also this item unfortunaly doesnt exist (or maybe it does?). Well anyways the named boss is on level 3 despise but you cant acutally get there. Maybe you could create a named mob with that quiver or a quest/token reward. sincerely
