Added Suggestion Arcane Circle

Due to the current low population is there anyway we can add arcane circle in brit with some NPCs to boost you to t5 AC without the need of other players?

Will be in next update, It won't give a t5 boost, but it will give a boost based on the skill of the NPC in the circle.
