Fixed Bug Cellar disappeared while reconstructing the house plot

Placed deco deeds went to the relocating crate, but no cellar deed. The bookcase cellar entry is also gone.
There are still some locked items and items placed via yard tool left below the house - i can't reach them for now as player. ^^

Cellar Deed will populate in your pack when house is deleted. Will be available on next update.
